Pork Chops with Plum Sauce
梅酱猪排


SAUCE:
2 tbsp plum sauce
1 tbsp seafood sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp sugar
100ml water + tapioca floor

1. 4 pcs of pork loin (瘦肉/肉眼)- flatten both sides with cutlet bat & marinate with:
    1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper, 1 tsp ginger juice, 1tbsp rice wine
2. Lightly coat meat with cornflour & deep fry both sides.
3. Pour sauce over and serve.
