Soy Sauce Steamed Egg
Ingredients:
5-6 eggs
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp shallots oil
Seasoning:
Spring onion
Fried shallots
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp shallot oil
Methods:
1. Mix soy sauce, water & shallots oil in steaming plate.
2. Crack in eggs (no need to stir)
3. Steam on high heat for 5 mins or until your prefered doness.
4. Top with seasoning & serve.
