Fried Fermented Beancurd Pork Belly
Ingredients:
1.5kg pork belly
chopped garlic
fermented beancurd
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
potato flour (地瓜粉)
Method:
1. Marinade pork belly with fermented beancurd, garlic, sugar and salt for at least 3 hours.
2. Coat pork belly with potato flour.
3. Deep fry for 15-20mins or until golden brown/cooked.
4. Remove and chop into small pieces.
