Char Choy Tofu Soup
榨菜豆腐汤
1 ball char choy (rinsed, sliced & soaked in water for 30mins, drained)
2 chicken bone
1 tomato (quartered)
1 carrot (cut into pieces)
1500ml water
1 block soft tofu (cut into 2 x 2cm)
1. Heat a pot of water. Scald chicken bone, drain well.
2. Place all ingredient (except tofu) into pot. Bring water to boil.
3. Turn heat to low, simmer for one hour.
4. Add in tofu & turn off heat
