Thai Steamboat Sauce

Thai Steamboat Sauce
泰式火锅沾酱



4tbsp sugar
60ml lemon juice
80ml fish sauce
10 red small chillies
8 cloves of garlic
2 plants of coriander

Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into bowl & serve.
