Plain Porridge

1 cup of rice : 7-8 cups of water
1. Wash rice and add into pressure cooker.
2. Add in water and set to porridge function.
3. Once done cooking, let the valve goes down itself.
4. Open and set to let it boil.
5. Keep stirring till the porridge mashed till desired state.
6. Off heat and serve.
- May serve with salted egg, salted fish, fried egg with salted vege, salted vege, ginger, spring onion.
- Seasoning : soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper.
