Instant Curry Chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 nos Chicken
4 potatoes (skinned, cut into small pieces)
A1 instant curry chicken paste
Method:
1. Mix curry paste with 200ml hot water.
2. Put chicken, potatoes and curry paste mixture into pot.
3. Add in seasoning (sugar).
4. Cook in pressure cooker (chicken option).
5. Serve.

There's no quicker way than using curry paste! haha .. gonna try it with my pressure cooker. thanks for sharing this recipe!
